Who Can I Run To (a song originally recorded by The Jones Girls in 1979) is the title of a number-one R&B single by group Xscape. The song spent one week at number-one on the U.S. R&B chart and reached number eight on the pop chart. Atlantic Recording artist Juvenile has sampled the Xscape version of the song in the summer of 2007 for a song also called "Who Can I Run To?" featuring Mannie Fresh and Soulja Slim. It is unknown if the song will appear on his new album. This song is sampled by Lexington, Kentucky rapper Scoupe in the song "Block Been Good To Me" on his mixtape "Come Get High With Me" hosted by local DJ named Phat Katt.
