Whittlesford Parkway railway station serves the village of Whittlesford in Cambridgeshire, England. It is also near Sawston and Duxford, especially the Imperial War Museum Duxford.
In May 2007, the station was renamed from Whittlesford to Whittlesford Parkway, because the station is actually quite far from the village [1]. Previously, 'one's timetables have shown the station on the front page to be Whittlesford Parkway (inside, the timetable just says Whittlesford). The station signs were changed to read Whittlesford Parkway on 19 May 2007, however this is yet to be reflected in all publications, electronic timetable boards, and station announcements. It will be gradually phased in as other publications and signage are changed.
