The whitetip weasel shark, Paragaleus leucolomatus, is a weasel shark of the family Hemigaleidae, presumably found in the subtropical western Indian Ocean as only one specimen, caught off Kosi Bay, South Africa, is known. This specimen was 96 cm long.

The whitetip weasel shark is a slender weasel shark with a long snout, large eyes, and a moderately long mouth with small serrated upper teeth and erect-cusped lower teeth

Coloration is dark grey dorsally, white ventrally, with prominent white tips on most fins except for the second dorsal which is black-tipped. It occurs in shallow coastal waters.

Reproduction is viviparous.
