White Line Fever is the autobiography of Lemmy, the founder of Motörhead.
Rather than focusing just on Motörhead, the book covers Lemmy's entire life. It also says a lot about his philosophy on life. However, some people[who?] could say that this book gives only one side of events and that one could be left wondering how other people present perceived events at the time, which is a fair viewpoint considering Lemmy's infamous level of intoxication.
Another comment is that it is rather short for an autobiography concerning a person with such a notorious past, however the main part of this complaint is generally that thoughts on individual factors in Lemmy's career, for example, songs Lemmy recorded or wrote, or even albums.
