The team reached the playoffs in 2007 for the first time since 2001. They held off the number 5 ranked Carver High School Panthers 13-0 at the half. Finished the game tied 13-13. Then went into overtime losing 20-13.

The baseball team qualified for the playoffs in 2008 for the first time since 1990. They clinched a Number 4 seed out of 7-AAA.
