[edit] History
Established by the Serbian diaspora from the Cabramatta West area of south-west Sydney in 1971, their primary supporter base has been the local Serbian community.
From their inception in 1971 through until 2004 White City's home ground was Chisholm Park in Cabramatta affectionately known as the "fortress". From 2004 onwards White City's home ground has been the Calabria Sportsground in Prairiewood.
White City's best years were during the 1990's where the club gained promotion from NSW 3rd Division to the NSW 1st Division. The club played in front of crowds up to 3,000 people and averaged 500 during this era. Many of the players during these years were ex-NSL, Australian Schoolboys and NSW Institute of Sport players.
Players such as Vladan Radic (ex-Sydney Olympic) and Sasha Poljak (ex Avala) (ex-Bonnyrigg White Eagles) made life hard for many opposition forwards during the 90's. Radovan Filipovic (ex-Australian Futsal captain) mesmerised opposition defences.
Younger generations of players such as Peter Krljar (ex-Marconi Stallions & Australian Schoolboys), Danny Poljak (ex-Marconi Stallions, Blacktown City Demons, NSW Institute of Sport, Bonnyrigg White Eagles), Milan Savic (ex-Bonnyrigg White Eagles), and David Surlan (Fairvale First 11, Safety first, just get the ball out, famous quote "Get it out now") helped the club to consolidate their position in the 1st Division.
Since the retirement of such players, the club has been relegated to Conference League South but with the blooding of fresh talent has begun the 2008 season in fine form and are currently top of the league.
