The White-throated Rock-thrush (Monticola gularis) is a species of bird in the Muscicapidae family. It is found in Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. Its natural habitat is temperate forests.
