The White-rumped Kingfisher (Caridonax fulgidus) is a species of bird in the Alcedinidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Caridonax. It is endemic to Indonesia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
