The White-faced Nunbird (Hapaloptila castanea) is a species of puffbird in the Bucconidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Hapaloptila. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
