The White-bellied Crested-flycatcher (Elminia albiventris) is a species of bird in the Stenostiridae family. It is found in Burundi, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria, Rwanda, and Uganda. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
