The Whispering Ibis (Phimosus infuscatus) or Bare-faced Ibis is a species of bird in the Threskiornithidae family. It is monotypic within the genus Phimosus. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Its natural habitat is swamps.
