I see no change in the opinions of the people on the related page, and no discussion that suggests anything different about this proposal that would alleviate the concerns of editors who were against this. So why is it being re-proposed? Fagstein 04:31, 6 September 2006 (UTC)

Further, per WP:SOCK, editors cannot be banned for sockpuppetry unless they are using numerous accounts for deception or some other wrongful purpose. Michael 19:30, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
