I removed the references to Pena and Ertman because that section is for Notable Alumni.

As sad as their murders were it does not make them notable alumni.

Now if you want to add a section on former dead students I can give you a list of about 4-5 off the top of my head to get it started.

I gave you me reason for my last edit. I'm in no way trying to vadalize the Waltrip High School page. I'm trying to correct the mistake you (or someone else) made in the Notable Alumni section.

Your first point is weak. Most murders make local and national news stations.

Second, no laws were made because of this event. Although two new precedents were set (according to your link. I'll do REAL research on Monday and by that I mean I'll start off by calling the DoC instead of doing faux internet "research.")

The notable alumni section should be for...well.....notable alumni.

I like how you tell me to do my research when all your doing is using the internet.

Might as well add something on there about the athletic trainer who took a shot gun to school and blew off his face in the equipment shed. That event made Texas and national news for over a week.

The male student who worked as a pizza delivery man on the weekends who was shot on 34th St. for a pizza

Or a recent student graduate who was shot in the head in a convenience store. That made local news.

Or the....see where I'm going if you're going to put up every murdered person as a "Notable Alumni" the list would be considerably longer and full of unnotable alumni.
