[edit] Flight speed

The claimed speed of 170 km/h in horizontal flight is long known to be false, as the greatest known airspeed achieved by a swift (species unspecified) was 40 km/h (25 mph). Naturally they may achieve greater speeds when assisted by wind or in dives. --Anshelm '77 00:52, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
