The image linked here is claimed to be fair use because
- it is most obviously a TV screenshot.
- it is to be used for informational purposes only( for those people who are curious what the whiz kids looked like).
- it is historical in its own right (from 1984).
- i believe in the nature that it survived through an internet zine in a legacy encoded format it has a special significance.
- it should be put to use before it disappears from existence.
- this image is a survivor, Let it live on!
