Description
English: The dry gravel bed of the White River floodplain near the campground in Mount Rainier National Park. – "The floods in the park last fall took a big toll, slashing new routes for glacier streams up the valley and lots of dead trees littering the valley. If you stand beside the river and listen you can hear the sound of the boulders cracking against each other, being rolled down the river by the force of the glacier flow."
