"Where the Hood At?" is the third single by DMX from his fifth studio album Grand Champ. The song samples "Young, Gifted and Black" by Big Daddy Kane. The music video is clean and is set in DMX's neighborhood in Yonkers and there are appearances from rappers Fat Joe and Busta Rhymes. The clean version doesn't have the third verse which is in the explicit version. The video has DMX rapping the 2 verses from the song, then DMX is in a car, who gets a phone call saying that Kato is dead, which then DMX raps the first verse of the song "A'Yo Kato" after.
