Where I Wanna Be is the second album by American R&B singer-songwriter-producer Donell Jones, It was released on May 29, 1999 And October 12, 1999 So far, Where I Wanna Be has been his most successful album to date going platinum. The album featured three hit singles, the worldwide smash hit "U Know What's Up", currently Donell's biggest hit single to date, peaking inside the top 10 in the Billboard Hot 100 and was a massive #2 hit in the UK. The album also includes the UK smash hit "Shorty (Got Her Eyes on Me)", the minor R&B/Hip Hop hit "This Luv" and the US smash hit, soulful ballad and title track,"Where I Wanna Be". Executive Produced by Edward "Eddie F" Ferrell & distributed through Untouchables/LaFace. The album is considered by many as a classic and his best work yet. Also it's considered as one of the best R&B albums released in the past 10 years.
