Where Have All The Good Times Gone is a song written by Ray Davies of The Kinks. It was first released as 7" single B-side and then included on their album The Kink Kontroversy in 1965.
The song has gained "classic" status and was featured in numerous compilations. It has also been covered by David Bowie in the album Pin Ups, and by Van Halen in the album Diver Down. This was Van Halen's second cover of a Kinks' song, with the first being You Really Got Me in 1978.
