Where Are You Now? is an Grammy Award-nominated 1995 R&B ballad by Brandy Norwood and produced by Grammy Award-winning rock musician, Lenny Kravitz, and written, composed by Kravitz himself. the song is from the 1995, superhero film, Batman Forever featured in the album. the song is featured on the soundtrack as well.
The song talks about a girl narrating her boyfriend, who was young and was lonely, but he started to see another person behind her back, the song however only has a few lyrics, and repeats the lyrics until the song ends. At the 1996 Grammys, Brandy was nominated for the song for Best Female R&B Vocal Performance. Britney Spears has the title song but different lyrics.
On the R&B charts, it ranked at #26 in the week of June 20, 1995, then from July 3, 1995 until August 22, 1995, the song was successful, breaking at #2 for exactly eight weeks.
