When The Heartache Is Over is a hit single released by Tina Turner in 1999. The song, produced by Brian Rawling & Mark Taylor - the team behind Cher's 1998 hit "Believe", was released as the lead single to Turner's album Twenty Four Seven. It was a considerable hit both on the pop and dance charts, reaching #10 in the UK and #3 on the US Dance charts, and it also peaked at #3 in Finland. The singles released included live recordings from Turner's previous concert tour, the 1996/1997 Wildest Dreams Tour, as well as remixes of "When The Heartache Is Over" by among others the Metro team, 7th District Inc. and Hex Hector. Certain European CD singles also included two live recordings from the 1996/1997 Wildest Dreams Tour; "I Can't Stand the Rain" and "On Silent Wings".
The music video features Tina dancing on a giant "T" with other dancers around her on the ground. The background is black with a big screen that has flashing colours on it.
