"When I Fall in Love" is a duet between Céline Dion and Clive Griffin, released as a single on June 28, 1993. It was featured on the Sleepless in Seattle soundtrack (June 1993) and The Colour of My Love album by Céline Dion (November 1993).
"When I Fall in Love" was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal in 1994, and won a Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Arrangement Accompanying Vocalist(s) (the award went to David Foster and Jeremy Lubbock).
The music video was directed by Dominic Orlando in Hollywood, Los Angeles and released in June 1993.
In 1998, Anne Murray performed "When I Fall in Love" with Céline Dion live and included it on her DVD called An Intimate Evening With Anne Murray...Live.
"When I Fall in Love" became also a part of the Japanese version of Dion's compilation The Collector's Series, Volume One in 2000.
The song reached #23 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States (#28 on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay and #31 on the Hot 100 Singles Sales). It was a moderate success in the rest of the world: #22 in New Zealand, #37 in Netherlands and #93 in Australia.
The Sleepless in Seattle soundtrack sold 4.4 million copies in the U.S. and was certified 4x platinum.
