When Devils Strike is an album released by Carlos Coy a.k.a. South Park Mexican. It was released on Dope House Records in 2006. The CD sold approximately 50,000 copies the first week [1] and landed as 46 on the billboard charts. The CD consists of 15 tracks. The album also comes with a free "Chopped and Screwed" version of the album by Michael "5000" Watts of Swishahouse.

At the time of the album's release, Coy was incarcerated for child molestation.[2]
