When All That's Left Is You is the first album created by Quietdrive. The album is signed under Epic Records, a branch of Sony BMG Music Entertainment.
The single "Rise from the Ashes" was featured on EA Sports' "NHL 2007" for Xbox 360.
All of the songs on the album were written by lead singer Kevin Truckenmiller, with the exception of Track 9, which is the cover of "Time After Time" by Cyndi Lauper. Both versions are and were chart toppers.
