Wheatland Music Festival

Wheatland is a music organization, festival and traditional arts institution founded in 1973. The Wheatland Music Festival takes place every September during the weekend after Labor Day in Wheatland Township, Mecosta County, Michigan. The first Wheatland Music Festival was held August 24, 1974.

Kitchen services for the annual Wheatland Music Festival are provided by Citizens for Alternatives to Chemical Contamination and the Happy Farmer Food Co-op as well as other local fundraising groups.

The dates for the 2007 Wheatland Music Festival are September 7th, 8th, and 9th.
