[edit] Where is Wheely Willy? (Not the vandal)
Willy's probably passed on.--Edtropolis 20:34, 14 June 2007 (UTC)
- Chihuahuas can live up to 18 years so he could still be around 74.229.215.99 03:57, 9 July 2007 (UTC)
- There's a calender of events on his website that shows he was an honoree at a celebration of the 17th anniversary of the ADA just yesterday. -- The_socialist talk? 10:51, 27 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Free pictures
I've updated the images so they are in line with policies. Even though they do nicely show the helium balloons and the K9-cart, they are probably replaceable with various freely-licensed images as the above discussion indicates that Willy is still alive. However, as that discussion also notes, he is quite old now, so, no offence intended, if we want a freely-licensed picture, we should try and get one pretty quickly, otherwise the book covers (or a publicity photo) will be all we will ever be able to use, unless someone wants to write to the owner and ask for freely-licensed pictures. It is possible that no pictures exist of the helium balloon incidents, and that was the first book, so that book cover picture may be justifiable. The other one can probably be replaced by a free picture of Willy with his K9-cart. If this is disputed, pleas take to WP:IfD, rather than restoring the tags. Thanks.
