Reason for the deletion request: This picture was fully superseded by (Dharmacakra.svg) in all wiki-projects (use the usage-tool to check), so ist is not needed anymore. Furthermore the title and description of this picture are wrong as the dharmacakra is not the "wheel of life" but the "wheel of law". The "weel of life" is called "samsara" and has 6 spokes, not 8.

4. Additionally, you may want to check for Wikimedia projects that use this item and then remove or, if possible, replace with a superior item.
