Whayne Wilson

Whayne Wilson Harris (September 7, 1975 in Dakar, Senegal - May 18, 2005) was a Costa Rican footballer.
He started his career with Ramonense, then played for C.S. Cartaginés before moving to Brujas F.C. in Costa Rica.
He died on May 18, 2005 when his car collided with a truck on a highway.
At the time of his death he had just played the best football of his career, making his debut for the Costa Rica national football team in the 2004 Copa America against Chile and scoring goals during the CONCACAF Gold Cup qualifying matches.
He collected 8 caps in total, scoring 4 goals.
Also, he scored 75 goals in the Costa Rican first division.
