"What Would You Do" is the debut single released from American R&B/hip hop trio City High's self-titled album in 2001. The song is a motivational anthem for single parents dealing with poverty and especially for single mothers who feel forced into prostitution due to the need to support their children. It peaked at number-eight on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart and #3 on the UK Singles Chart and is the group's most successful single.

The song features an interpolation with Dr. Dre's hit song The Next Episode, and is also included in the soundtrack of the movie Life starring Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence.
