What's Happenin' is the first single off Method Man's third album, Tical 0: The Prequel. It features Brooklyn rapper Busta Rhymes. The song was produced by DJ Scratchator. The music video was directed by Diane Martel. The single only charted at #65 in Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles. The infectious guitar hook in the song was sampled from the Indian Hindi hit, Dum Maro Dum.
At 37 seconds into the music video, Method Man's privates pop out of his boxers.
