Wharrel, a member of wikipedia, is a firm, conservative Republican. However, he still is good at maintaning an NPOV. He has deleted a lot of vandalism, with an NPOV view. He has deleted vandalism towards George Bush, Al Gore, Bill Clinton, and the United States Republican Party, and many other pages.
