Well, since the page doesn't exist, and the above text suggests that it should be created by "Wgswindsor", I'll put something here. I *am* (can I used html? If so, then I am) Wgswindsor. I created the identity in order to be able to add additional instances of the title "Windfall" to the existing list. I did this a few days ago, but I haven't checked to see if my tiny bit of input is still there. I will attempt to contribute small items of possible value; I have no plans to write a reference from scratch. But...who knows what the future will bring?
