WFIT (89.5 FM), is a National Public Radio member station serving the Space Coast. Programming and broadcast is based at Florida Institute of Technology's Roberts Hall in Melbourne, Florida. WFIT can be heard live online.

WFIT's coverage includes Melbourne, Palm Bay, Malabar, June Park, West Melbourne, Indialantic, Melbourne Beach, Indian Harbour Beach, Satellite Beach, Palm Shores, and South Patrick Shores. The coverage area also include the southern parts of Patrick Air Force Base.[2]

WFIT also carries WCRR, FIT's student radio service on 89.5's HD Radio signal.
