Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Company (WRECO) is the 15th largest home-building company in the USA. It was formed in 1969 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Company and is based in Federal Way, Washington. WRECO is run by President and CEO Daniel S. Fulton and is composed of six separate home-building companies that operate in different regions of the United States: Maracay Homes (Arizona), Winchester Homes (Maryland and Virginia), Pardee Homes (California and Nevada), Trendmaker Homes (Texas), and Quadrant Homes (Washington). WRECO closed 5,836 houses in 2006.[1]
