Greetings, WETaylor. I noticed that Image:Heartofeternitydiamond.jpg does not indicate what license it is under; only that it may be used on Wikipedia. As you may know, Wikipedia:Copyrights indicates that all images must have a "license tag" which indicates the terms of use that they are under. Note that currently, as the image is used only be permission, it may at some point in time be speedy deleted. I am not tagging it for deletion, however, because I would like to give you time to contact the copyright holder, and ask how they licensed their image. For help, if it is needed, ask the kind folks at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, or see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission and Commons:Email templates.
