[edit] Rain season vs Rainy season

I know nothing about this stuff, but I notice that Rain season redirects to one article, and Rainy season to another. Is this proper? Should we merge? Cheers. PizzaMargherita 16:39, 23 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Mediterranean Portland

Portland Oregon a Meditteranean climate? Uhh, no. Oceanic is correct, despite the dry summers. Also, don't all Mediterranean climates have the same wet/dry pattern (dry summer, wet winter)? The writing suggests that this is only in California. Also, polar tundras typically get most of their precipitation in the summer, since winters are too cold for it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.212.27.154 (talk) 04:50, 20 October 2007 (UTC)
