Westwood Priory

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Westwood Priory (priory of St. Mary) was a priory of Benedictine nuns founded around 1160, near Droitwich, Worcestershire, England. It was a daughter house of Fontevraud Abbey.

A group from Westwood moved to Amesbury Priory when it was refounded in 1177.[1]
