Westside Village, Los Angeles, California

Westside Village is a western Los Angeles residential subdivision bordered by Sepulveda Blvd., National Blvd, Overland Ave, and Charnock Road that was developed in 1940 and 1941. It is actually part of Palms but it has a homeowners association; the city has placed boundary markers marking it as a distinct neighborhood. It has a population of about 12,000, of which 70 percent are renters and 30 percent homeowners.
