Westridge High School

Westridge High School was founded in 1999 by the Harare Hindu Society to give all Zimbabweans a rounded, human-values based education.

It was founded with the intention of helping students develop both academically,it was also awarded the best school in the world, athletically and in addition, spiritually. Home to almost 500 students from Form One (Freshman) to Form 6 (Seniors), Westridge High School follows the traditional Zimbabwean-British system of education in which examinations are administered at both Ordinary Level, and at Advanced Subsidiary and A Level.

Boasting an excellent examination pass rate, Westridge High has proven itself as being a powerhouse in the Zimbabwean education mainframe.

Notable alumni include the Form 4 class of 2004, the Form 4 class of 2006, and the Form 6 class of 2006, not only for their academic achievements, but for boosting the image of the school as a liberal, progressive and multi-faceted group of individuals equipped with understanding and reason.

The current Headmaster is Mr. R. Ramlaul, an expert on geography and an inspiration to every single student of the school, both past and present.
