Westlake High School is a public secondary school located in the west central section of Waldorf, Charles County, Maryland.
The Westlake mascot, the "Wolverine", represents such sports as football, soccer, women's field hockey, baseball, track and field. It's largest rival are the Thomas Stone Cougars, a high school in eastern Waldorf.[citation needed]
