Westfield Valencia Town Center, formerly Valencia Town Center, is a shopping mall in Valencia, California, owned by The Westfield Group. Its anchor stores are JCPenney, Macy's, and Sears. The Robinsons-May was renamed Macy's on September 9, 2006.
The Westfield Group acquired a quarter-interest in the property 2002, and acquired a further quarter-interest in 2005, assuming management control. They renamed it "Westfield Valencia Town Center".
The mall is currently undergoing an expansion which will add 50,000 square feet (4,600 m²) to Macy's and approximately 250,000 square feet (23,000 m²) of retail dubbed "The Patios". The Patios is envisioned to be an outdoor lifestyle center. The placement of The Patios will be in the south parking lot between Macys and Sears. The mall also has plans to add additional retail space and another anchor near Red Robin restaurant in a future phase.
