Western Mining Company Limited (SSE: 601168) is a private company in Northwest China, engaged in the mining, smelting and trading of alloy and metal minerals, including copper, lead, zinc, iron, manganese, gold, silver and aluminum. It is headquartered in Xining, Qinghai.[1][2] It is currently the largest lead, zinc and copper mining company in China and has extraction rights in many metal mines overseas.
Its A shares were listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2007.
