Western High School is a Broward County Public School located in Davie, FL. The Principal is Scott Fiske. The school's mascot is the Wildcat and the official colors are Black and Vegas Gold. The school was rated "B" as of 2006-2007, a downgrade from the previous "A" grade.[1] The school also gained local notoriety for a rodent infestation that occurred in 2006, which has since been eliminated. As of the 2007 school year, 2479 students are enrolled in Western High School. The enthnic breakdown is as follows: 69% White, 22% Hispanic, 4% Black, 3% Asian or Pacific Islander, and 2% Multiracial. [3]
