The Western Green Lizard (Lacerta bilineata) is a species of lizard in the Lacertidae family. It is found in Andorra, Austria, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Its natural habitats are temperate forests, temperate shrubland, temperate grassland, arable land, and pastureland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
