Western Flyer was an American country music band founded in 1993 by Danny Myrick (lead vocals, bass guitar), Chris Marion (keyboards, vocals), T. J. Klay (harmonica, mandolin, vocals), Bruce Gust (drums, vocals), Steve Charles (lead guitar, vocals), and Roger Helton (acoustic guitar, banjo, harmony vocals).

Signed to the independent Step One Records label in 1993, Western Flyer recorded two studio albums for that label (1994's Western Flyer and 1996's Back in America). These two albums produced four singles for the band on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks (now Hot Country Songs) charts, of which the highest peaking was "What Will You Do with M-E?", a #32 in 1996.

Myrick also co-wrote two singles for other country artists, both released in late 2007: "International Harvester" by Craig Morgan, and "Loud" by Big & Rich.[1] Marion joined the Little River Band, a rock band, in 2004.

About Danny Myrick

Danny has 2 sons, one name Brayden and is married. Myrick continues to play guitar by playing some songs in Brayden's school choir.
