Western Broadband is an American company providing cable television, HDTV, and broadband services to customers in the Arizona communities of Saddlebrooke, Sun Lakes/Sun Bird, and Robson Ranch.[1] All of the communities served by Western Broadband are or were owned by Robson so it is assumed that Robson either owns the company or receives remuneration from Western Broadband in exchange for the exclusive or nearly exclusive right to market to the residents of the Robson Communities. Its technical support people are somewhere in Georgia. There is a toll free number to Georgia technical support but no toll free number to the Sun Lakes location. The Western Broadband internet e-mail system frequently prohibits its customers from receiving e-mail. Their technical support personnel say there is nothing they can do about it. The Western Broadband system also malfunctions to the point of deleting the saved and sent mail of its customers. Again, the company response is that nothing can be done.
