West Virginia Route 31 is an east-west state highway in the northwestern portion of the U.S. state of West Virginia. The western terminus of the route is at Interstate 77 exit 185 and West Virginia Route 14 southeast of Williamstown. The eastern terminus is at West Virginia Route 16 in Harrisville.
