West Virginia Route 115 is a state highway running south to north in Jefferson County in West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle. The southern terminus of the route is at an interchange with U.S. Route 340 and West Virginia Route 9 south of Charles Town. The northern terminus is at WV 9 north of Ranson.

WV 115 is the old alignment of WV 9 through Ranson and Charles Town. It ceased being part of WV 9 when the WV 9/US 340 bypass was built.
