West Pullman is a neighborhood located on the far south side of the city of Chicago, Illinois. It is one of the 77 official community areas of Chicago. West Pullman is not a part of the historic Pullman company town

Community Problems
The community suffers from poverty and gangs that take control of the community. The area has developed a reputation for being the worst area of the city. People from the public housing has relocated to areas like these. Gangs murder and shooting in this community cause major problems. Half the area's resident's live below the poverty line.
