West Metro Education Program

The West Metro Education Program (WMEP) is a voluntary consortium of 11 urban and suburban school districts in the Minneapolis area of Minnesota. It is also known as the Joint Powers school district 6069. School districts in WMEP are:
- Brooklyn Center School District
- Columbia Heights School District
- Eden Prairie School District
- Edina Public Schools
- Hopkins Public Schools
- Minneapolis Public Schools
- Richfield Public Schools
- Robbinsdale Area Schools
- St. Anthony-New Brighton School District
- St. Louis Park School District
- Wayzata Public Schools
WMEP includes two magnet schools, the Fine Arts Interdisciplinary Resource School (FAIR), for grades 4th to 8th, and the InterDistrict Downtown School (IDDS) for grades K-12.
